Description
Tuskbond Tack 200 Tackifier is a high solids, tacky spray adhesive developed for holding carpet tiles and other flooring products to suitable sub-floors including flooring grade plywood, OSB Board, hardboard, ceramic, concrete and existing non-cushion backed resilient floors which must be well bonded and free from any surface contaminants such as polish, wax, cleaners etc. It is designed to be used as a one way stick with the carpet tile placed on the floor after the product has dried. Applied using a long attachment spray gun and hose the system offers the obvious advantage of speed of application when compared to more conventional adhesives.

Tuskbond Tack 200 Tackifier dries in under two minutes under normal conditions, but this will vary under different temperatures and humidities.
Unsuitable for use on flexible PVC.
Always test a small sample of the materials first to ensure the suitability of the product for the application. For instance, some vinyls contain large amounts of plasticiser which, over time, can migrate and soften the bond. When in doubt, test first.
